Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter is an American singer, songwriter and actress. She is better known as Beyoncé. She was born in Houston, Texas on 1981.
She started singing at an early age, competing in
local talent shows and winning many of these events by impressing audiences
with her natural singing and dancing abilities.
Rose to fame in the late 1990s as singer of R&B
girl group Destiny’s Child Managed by her father, the group became one of the
world’s best selling girl group of all time. She later established a solo
career with her debut album Dangerously In Love, become one of music’s top
selling artists sold-out tours and a slew of awards. Also starred in several films, including “Dream
Girls”. She married hip-hop recording artist Jay-Z in 2008 and they welcomed a
baby daughter on 2012.
